We agree on one specific AI solution in the discovery call, in concrete terms, before any work begins.

Time-boxed: 2 to 4 weeks
Active build runs 2 to 4 weeks for a single deliverable, then handoff. No scope-creep mid-engagement.

New problems get logged
If a second problem surfaces during the build, we log it and decide together whether it becomes a follow-on engagement.

Yes. Zero build fees. The exchange is portfolio rights - Guy needs documented case studies; you need a real AI system. No hidden retainer, no trial-to-paid conversion. The deliverable gets built and handed off.
We handle that on the discovery call. Options range from named + public case study (maximum upside for both sides) to anonymized industry write-up that describes the pattern without naming the company or exposing proprietary logic. If neither works, it's not the right program - and that's fine.
A small number at any time - enough to keep each engagement at real Guy-level commitment, which is why selection is narrow. If the current slots are full, we talk about timing.
Continuation is paid, as a fractional retainer or a follow-on per-project. No obligation either direction - the Design Partner engagement is a complete exchange on its own. Many partners continue; some don't, and both outcomes are fine.
